Shipping

Orders are dispatched only once payment has fully cleared. Ownership of any watch stays with Valley Watches until the full purchase price has been received.

Every order is sent by express courier, normally DHL or FedEx. For insurance reasons, an adult must sign for every package on delivery.

If a package goes missing or is stolen in transit, a refund will be issued once our insurer has reviewed and approved the claim.

Any customs fees, import duties or taxes due in the buyer's country are the buyer's responsibility.
