Return Policy

Every watch and strap comes with a 3-day return window. For shipped orders, the 3 days start when the parcel is signed for. For orders collected in person, the 3 days start on the day you collect the watch.

If you're unhappy with your purchase, email or call us to arrange the return. Watches and straps must come back in exactly the condition they were sent in. Straps must not have been worn, and we can't accept the return of any strap that has been used.

We'll refund you within 7 working days of the item arriving back with us. Every returned item is carefully inspected to confirm its condition is unchanged.No refund will be given for any watch returned after the 3-day inspection period. From the date of delivery, all items are at the customer's risk.

Returns must be sent using the same delivery method the watch arrived with. You are responsible for paying for return shipping and making sure it is fully insured. You are responsible for making sure the watch reaches us so your refund can be processed. We'll only consider a refund once the item is safely back with Valley Watches and has been fully inspected.
